Ermm… its been 4 days i can’t go to the internet. Fuh.. that was really bad. Lol.. i was not in the office for 1 day.

A friend of mine just came back from Labuan. Of course those who doesn’t know what is the things that’s too special in Labuan?? Yah.. of course the “No Duty” shop.

Big smile on my face when she mention to me she will went off to Labuan this weekend. Please buy me chocolate…..

Back from Labuan on Tuesday, she brought me these:

Chocolate (Lovely!!)

Dairy Milk (Roasted Almond) Yummy… this is my favorite.

(Dark Orange) I like this too but not as much as i like the one with roasted almond.

Other than this, i will post up my favorite cake next time. I would say cheese cake is my favorite and the only cake that i can make. I guess cheese cake is the most easy cake to make. I am not that good in all these baking cake or cookies but i like them so much. I better learn how to do that my self. Yeah.. women.. cooking is important to win your boyfriend, husband or wat so on…. :p

I like to cook. If you ask me why, Firstly, I just love to eat, so that’s always been the main thing that drives me with food. And then people who stay with me at home. If they love to eat, enjoy my cooking, that will drive me to cook.

Who or what is my main inspiration in cooking? My stomach! Lol…. I love to eat. I always love to eat more than I should when I was younger. To me there’s just nothing nicer in the world than sitting down on an afternoon having a beautiful long lunch with nice bottle of wine and being around people that are really special to me.

A must dishes in my list if i went out to Sea Food Reataurant is Butter Milk Prawn. J yay.… yeah, I love sea food very much.

Let me talk about my favorite chef.My favorites channel on TV’s which is related to food is AFC and Travel & Living. And my favorite professional Cook on TV is an Australian chef, Curtis Stone. This man is a good cook! Talk a lil bit about him, after deciding to ditch a business degree for food, he worked his way up from serving in the kitchens of the Savoy Hotel to authoring several cookbooks, hosting popular food show and soon, his own line of kitchenware. His latest show on TV is Take Home Chef. One more thing, he is being voted as one of the sexiest men alive, alongside Brad Pitt. Wow!! Yeah.. he is adorable. Well, another reason why I would say why he becomes one of my favorite’s chefs.

AstroView chatted with him on his love for food and women, and being voted as one of the sexiest men alive.

Being voted along with Brad Pitt and George Clooney as People Magazine’s people, he say’s “Gosh, if I make to top 50 in America, then America has got problems.” Then he called hi s best friend and said to him, “Can you believed it? They put me in this list of sexy guys,” and then his friend said, “That’s it, I’m going to leave my job and move to America. Do you know the beautiful women that you’re going to meet now? I want to be there every step of the way.”

Then they ask him “Does your dream girl have to know to cook in a way? He replies “No, As long as she knows how to eat, that’s all the matters. I’ve got the cooking under control, I don’t mind dong the cooking, and she can do something else.” Wow! Who is the lucky woman??

Chef Curtis Stone is coming to Singapore in April and he said that he going to make a little trip to some countries. He did say’s “Hopefully I’d be able to go to Malaysia and really get to see a little bit more of Southeast Asia.”

How I wish he is here… and how I wish I am the lucky women he will pick up for his Take Home Chef show! Ups! Am I dreaming too much? Well guys, come on, that’s very obvious. I am only human, I am a nice girl, but I’m only human. Lol…I sound so…. EMO.

I Love Hot & Spicy

Yes i told you before that i just can’t take it when i passed by Kentucky Fried Chicken Restorant everywhere in town especially when i feel hungry. Last weekend, i stay at home doing nothing. Then i decided to drive to town to get something to cooked. It’s already 2.00pm in the afternoon. Dress up quickly and we went to Boulevard Shopping Complex.

At first i decided to shop some kitchen stuff for the house. Unfortunely, the first thing i saw when i enter Boulevard was KFC Restorant. Oooo gosh..i just can’t help myself…

I drag my friend to the counter and we were just smiling to each other.. (tadi ckp nak shopping kat supermarket… tapi skrg ni kat counter kfc pulak da..).

My fav. meal for the day… yumy yummy…

Posting this post remind me my memory in Campus a few years back. I usually have class around 4.00pm and finish at 6.00pm. Me and a group of 5/6 friends was so addicted to KFC. Coming out from class, we make a quick decision to go out to town for KFC. That was so crazy… By the time we arrived town it’s already 6.50pm or could be pass 7.00pm sometimes.

Yes, knowing that most of us are not from kuching so, we don’t have our own transportation. We will take the Van from campus to town. It’s was so funny when one day we “kidnap” one bottle of Thai Sauce from KFC Restorant. :p. It happen so fast where my friends bring a big bag and it is very easy for her to just slot the bottle into her bag. We quickly walk away after we finish our dinner.

Fuh! luckily there’s no one around and we will never ever forget that. It was so embarrassing by putting this in my blog but… sometimes i just feel funny when i think about it again. :).

Moral of the story : Do not do that again.. hihi..
